afc east injury bug could help us!!!

with all of the injury problems with the jets (pennington) the bills (spikes) and the patriots (harrison) and the offensive lineman, we could be in good shape to sneak up and maybe steal the division or at least get a wild card spot!!

thoughts please.

Now if only McKinney and Howard would go down we could virtually win the division via injuries altogether!

Agreed, Seth has been a pleasant suprise

I thought he had 2 penalties on Sunday. He may be exceeding expectations, but that is a definite area for upgrade next yr.

This is cool and all but if we're not a championship team then won't it hurt our draft by finishing so high? I mean, it's clear that we're no where near as bad as some of the teams out there who could use a QB like Leinart (Arizona, Oakland) but squeezing into the playoffs and exiting early is what has hurt us the past decade. Late draft picks and no improvement. I want to see the Fins succeed as much as anyone but with the state the Fins are in they need to either grab the bull by the horn now or position yourself for future success. Come to think of it....I don't know what I'm trying to say but as strange as it sounds a moderately successful season could actually hurt us.

we won't be as dependent on the draft next year because we will be nearly 25 million under the cap....and lets not forget we have a good corner in poole coming back next year also!!

Hate to say it?? Why would you say that? It's like you expected him to fail before given the chance with his new OL coach. Yes, he was horrible in the past, but given this new scheme, he's been a pleasant surprise! Be more optimistic and we'll all feel better.
