This tells me they have to be close to getting dansby. Maybe just wishful thinking but that was my first thought.
 
Torbor, Jason Allen & Ginn all remain on the Bubble. Actually if Fins were release Torbor. It would probably guarantee Dansby is signing.

Nublar is right with Akin gone, things could be close.

Also it appears Giants are backing off Rolle, they are talking to Shapers agent.
 
I think this pretty much means Dansby is a Dolphin now. I wonder if they're going to go harder after Rolle now that they have released Wilson...

Keep in mind that Torbor has a history with new ILBs coach Bill Sheridan from his days with the Giants, and was also a college teammate of Karlos Dansby's. Cutting one of the guy's few friends on the team wouldn't make for a great sales pitch ;).
 
this is great news!!! Its good to see that they are not afraid to admit that they made mistakes in the past. Exactly how much money does this free up with the three of them gone.
 
torbor is a guy that they might hang around although i dont think hes worth the 3 millions he is getting the next two years
 
Good to see the FO getting rid of the dead weight.
