Another loss - put into perspective

Anyone watch the Steelers blow their game?

Leftwich throws 2 balls deep about as poorly as Frerotte and the Steelers pick 1 off to end regulation and go into OT. Steelers run the KO to about the 25 yard line and all they have to do is sit on the ball, kick the FG and win.

They fumble - not once, but twice and lose it the 2nd time. :shakeno:

Now I know we sucked today, but the Steelers blew too. Just goes to show you the NFL is watered down and heavy with mediocre teams that are still better than us. :goof:

Anyway - if we had lost this one like the Steelers lost theirs, it wouldn't be good. :fire:

We are in the first year of a rebuilding mode. People need to relax, Belichick went 5-11 his first year with the Pats, Marvin Lewis 8-8 with the Bengals, Vermiel went 6-10 his first year with the Chiefs. The point is, over night success does not happen period. Rebuilding teams take time (as in 3 years average not 3 weeks) to become good. No rebuilding team goes from 4-12 to 12-4 in one year. And don't give me any of this 2004 Charger bull$hit because they had been rebuilding with the same coach for 5 years.

2-3 what's the problem

before the year started who would of thought we would even be 2 and 3 with the leagues hardest schedule frerotte still impresses me even today (i know but i was an AJ supporter and think of gus as the anti christ) the running game will improve and we might only go 7-9 but setting up a good foundation for the future.

We lost this game in a span of two minutes. Its nearly as frustrating.

Its your own Fault

Its your fault, After the Dolphins beat the Broncos u all thought Miami would be a playoff team. I did too, i thought Miami was goona have a great season. But then bam, reality sunk in, They are not a 12-4 team, they are a 8-8 team, their is no way Saban can fix this team in only 1 year, they need to rebuild. Everyone including myself over-hyped miami and now that their not doing as we expected we blame everyone else, Thats what happens when you over hype something, you get more disappointed and frustrated.
