This Season: Mare has done well...Haters, where you at?

I have seen numerous posts on this board the past few seasons during/after games about how bad he is and how overpaid he is. Well, now this season he looks like he has turned into his old self again. So come on you Mare Haters, eat your crow.
 
well hitting the random FGs during the game has never been his problem - its the clutch kicks that kill us.

lets see how he does at the end of the game, or on a game-winning FG...

Look at the Carolina game this year. He's 1 for 1 on those.

Just like people sit here and bash our players when they do bad, they should sit their and eat crow when they do well.
 
what crow is there to eat? it's not like people WANT the players to be bad. at least i would hope not. there's no point to this thread

I'm right here. Calling him washed up when he was kicking like a lower tier ranked kicker and getting paid like he was a #1 is no problem IMO.
 
Too funny, he's played poorly for the past three years but has been only slightly better this year so there's obviously a need to call out "haters". :shakeno:
 
Slightly better? He has only missed one FG this season, and that was due to a bad snap.

People on this board like to see people fail, so they can say they knew it. Examples, Jay Fiedler, Brian Griese, Olindo Mare etc.

Not at all, but If you are going to bash someone when they suck, why don't you just come out and say I was wrong when they play well. In other words you are saying its okay to be a fair weathered fan?
