I don't know how to take this guy. He is never in a good mood, and he rarely says anything good about his players or teams. I don't think I'd want him as head coach. Maybe behind the scenes GM or something.

Thanks, but no thanks.

Well? ESPN reports that it might happen. What do you think? Personally, I think he's overrated and is sort of another Saban type guy (lots of hype, no production).

But he certain beats some other choices we have out there.

Story below:

Bill Parcells. There's talk in league circles that, if the Fins decide to keep GM Randy Mueller, a Mueller-Parcells pairing could work. Parcells, we're told, has always had a good relationship with Mueller. And there is an increasing belief that Parcells has had all he can take of owner Jerry Jones.

Seriously, that would be great for us. I mean, has Parcells ever coached anywhere and NOT won?

It would be a match made in Heaven for Parcells, Wayne is hands off, he likes Mueller, and he's shown intrest in this job before free agents would want to play for him. and He can groom a guy to become his sucessor ala Sean Payton.

I think Parcells in due for another round of coach burnout. We need someone in here that will grow with the franchise and is in for the long term future.

Ummm ...how about Dallas? If he couldn't win in the damned NFC-piece-of-crap East, how is he supposed to compete against NE and NYJ?

No, we need to stick with the young guru's like Whisenhut, Rivera or maybe even Cameron. We need a guy that is going to stick around and Parcells I see him no being here no longer then 3 years. We need to this right once and for all..rebuild this organization.

We don't need another old coach who talks about retiring every year.....

personally i say no to whisenhunt. he is mike mularkey reincarnated in my opinion. i live in pittsburgh and i remember the same exact talk of how great mularkey was when he was the OC here and he was very sought after when he was talking to teams about coaching.

Last time I checked Dallas was in the playoffs for the second since he's been there, which is 2 times more than we have been in 5 years.
