Listen guys, one of you mentioned that this would be good for us in the long run, excuse my inability to quote.

I will get to that later.
Anyways, this
is healty for us in the long run. Every team, and its members consists of conflicts between personel, players, etc. If all of these emotions are kept inside, than the teamwork and comrodary (spelling?) slowly diminish as time progresses. However, when the problem(s) are openely faced, hatred surfaces. The key word there is "surfaces", because if it doesn't, than it will always be there. This way, the players have stated how they felt, and can now build on solving them, while mending their relationships, as opposed to ignoring the problem that will inevitably ruin our team from the core out.
Its about time some intesity has been show, and ultimately, it will bring the team closer together.
Side story. My hockey team, one week b4 playoffs, threw punches at eachother after a loss. It was only a matter of time b4 this happened as there were several personal conficts on the team. What happened next? We didn't loose a game in the playoffs, and took the championship beating the top 3 teams in the process.
THE SAME WILL HAPPEN WITH THE FINS. Especially since Saban has plenty of time to adress this issue.
