it actually hurts us. now only 1 team in the top 5 has a RB need. Oakland. ho knows, maybe Oakland wants McFadden bad and would of had to trade up to us to get him, now they dont. they could probably sit back and watch McFadden fall into their lap.
if ATL wants Ryan, and we aint picking them. STL has Bulger so they aint picking him. they can sit at 3 and pick him. they only thing i could see now is if Cheifs have a hard on for Ryan, they may trade up to us to get him.
The Falcons have announced that they have agreed to terms with free-agent running back Michael Turner.
"We are pleased to be able to add a very talented running back and a player who has produced at a high level in this League when given the opportunity,†said Falcons General Manager Thomas Dimitroff in a press release. "We think he’s ready to take the next step and have a more prominent role in an offense and we are happy he decided that opportunity is going to be here in Atlanta."
Michael Smith of ESPN.com reports that the deal is for six years, and is worth $34.5 million. Also, Turner will get $15 million in guaranteed money.
