Merged: "Cap Woman" is coming to the Phins

We've been "broadening" our (so-called) "ownership" demographics; so why not embrace it literally when it comes to our FO.

All for this in principle, in practicality I'm questioning just how effective she really is if Cleveland is representative of her body of work, although I understand she was the titular head of the Browns for awhile last year.

so now folks are going to stoop as low as to blame the eric mansweeni
lead browns on a woman who was a "gm" for a SHORT time only because
the guy who was doing it quit.

and shes being called a mutt?

her credentials and reputation as one of the nfl's top money crunchers and
legal minds is JUST WHAT THE TEAM NEEDS RIGHT NOW! with the uncapped
year coming and other distasteful, knee jerk decisions that may take hold
in the leauge very soon, only a team with a brilliant negotiater and numbers
skills will succeed.

does not deserve the kind of welcome some of you just gave her. some REAL
class there.

People are getting their digs in on her on PFT saying she's responsible for low-balling Josh Cribbs.

How much do you suppose she'll cough up for perpetually rehabbing Ronnie? Or chop wood over current salaries for over the hill JT & Porter?
