Well I see that Chambers finally got some decent numbers but at the expense of winning the game. It seems when any time they try and force things to Chambers we end up losing the game. Also whats up with the play calling when we were near the endzone? Why does Malarkey always want to throw the ball in the red zone instead of running it. I think that was the turning point in the game! Instead of going up by more than a touchdown we end up having to come from behind after Jacksonville scores. We were having success running the ball but instead Malarkey decides to pass. When are we going to get a decent offensive coordinator?

Because Miami can't run in the redzone. They get stuffed almost every time.

Chambers had nothing to do with this loss. Loads of things conributed. No Ronnie Brown, Missed FG, Lack of pass Defense, lack of run defense, 2 crutial INT's given up. JT getting injured. All points to a loss.

It wasn't Mularky's fault that Joey made a bad decision and again failed to go through his progressions. Joey doesn't know how to check down and today it killed us. Both of his picks led to touchdowns and one came in our own area so I can place that blame on him. Joey cost us 14 points today. So it the game had been tied at that point, we could've kicked a game winning field goal at the end instead of going for it. (Of course if Olindo could've made a 25 yarder.)

CC spiked the ball into the air on Joey's first pick...don't say CC had nothing to do with the loss.

Chambers Routes

How come it seems as if he is always running the same 3 or 4 routes? Its always a screen pass, a streak, a deep post or an out route.

How come we never drag him across the middle? Thats one of the most effective ways to use a fast athletic WR. One of the biggest advantages a WR has is that he knows where he is going and the defense doesnt but if you run the same routes all the time it takes some of that advantage away.

He has the speed to create seperation across the middle, the leaping ability to make an acrobatic catch, and the ability to run after the catch. Yet we never seem to run ANYTHING over the middle for him.

I hate to say this but Chambers did cost us the game if he weren't whining about not getting the ball enough Joey wouldn't have tried to get the ball to him even of he wasn't open. If they just let Joey play his game which is spread the ball around then this game would have been closer. Also the defense played like crap and JT being out for a quarter hurt the defense a lot and that goes to show you that he is the anchor of the "D". One more thing, nice tackle on the midget Jones-Drew, what is he 5'6 and they still couldn't bring him down that was pathetic!!!

Not that way I saw it. It looked like the defender in front of Chambers knocked it up, another defender tipped it again, and a 3rd one came down with it.

I can double check on the DVR later.

I dont know what my thread had to do with this one to get merged other than the name Chambers.

Nice to see him have a good game, but... I kind of agree with the point that he should have kept quiet... instead of the offence then having to make a point of it to get him the ball now... things were working just fine the last few weeks, Joey... to booker and welker. I like that Idea... take what the D gives you... not everyplay has to be a big one.

It looked to me too like on that first pick chambers got his hands on it, then it got picked... either way... he didnt cause them to loose the game from that, neither did Joey. The defense then gave up a 95 yard drive on what, only 7 or 8 plays? It wasnt really a good effort by anyone today... sure the D had some nice sacks, decent stops... but overall... it was disappointing all the way around

Both of his picks led to TD's? I didn't see JH on the field when the Jags marched 95 yds.
Was he the one covering Matt Jones? I must have missed that.
JH played poorly, but so did the defense. Jags are nothing special, but they took their game to another level, a playoff level and the Phins just couldn't hang with them.

Chambers wasn't force fed the ball today. None of the coaches made Joey throw the ball in double coverage with fourty seconds left in the half. That play lost us the game... Period.

Yes, everyone else contributed to the loss, everyone is to blame. But that INT at the end of the half and then the TD took the team mentally out of the game.

I thought Chambers played well... nice play on that onside kick.
