Chambers getting some respect

Some buc fan with pen!s envy started a thread questioning chambers talent as a #1 wr, most of the jests fans are giving him his due though.

why the hell would a buc fan post on a jets site anyways?

Why does the Buc fan even care about Chris Chambers? That was so uncalled for it's ridiculous! I was amazed at how no Jets fan took an easy cheap shot at our boy, that was pretty cool. I still hate them though, haha.

Chambers can be a top 5 WR in the NFL easily, all he needs is a QB that can get the ball to him. I have been saying that since he was a rookie. He has nothing but bums throwing to him, Jay, Lucas, AJ, Griese.

Chambers is kinda inconsistent...When you put a premiere cornerback against him, het gets literally shut down.

Look at the Eagles game we played 2 years ago, how they took him out of his game..He has trouble getting seperation against good CB..That's a fact...

Randy Moss & Chad Johnson are two receivers off the top of my head that get shut down when up against Surtain ans Madison....

Bucs fans are some of the worst fans. The biggest part about BUCS fans I have is that most of them all liked another team BEFORE they won the Super Bowl, and after they won it, a whole crap load of people have become BUCS fans. One example is the moron that started this thread.

I don't think it's that unusual. Fans, in general, are not blind to talent. They may not like a particular team but won't sit idle when some troll bashes a talented athlete, regardless of the team on which they play. We've all seen it happen here. It is what separates fans of the game who have a favorite team from fans of a team who don't have a clue.

It is refreshing though to know that the number of reasonable posters outnumber the trolls. :)

BINGO. Living in Tampa for 6 years I have seen this with my own eyes. Its funny because its was like the "in" thing for a while, but then they started to suck again and they all jumped on the lightning bandwagon.
