Actually, they need to put a lot more thought into preventing fans from stuffing the ballot than simple security images.

You can easily submit as many votes as you want on a single day on a single computer by:
1. Submitting your vote.
2. Deleting your browser's cookies.
3. Closing your browser.
4. Opening a new browser instance.
5. Repeat steps 1-4.

Of course, if you have multiple browsers installed (IE, Firefox, Netscape, etc) then you can also submit a vote through each browser without deleting any cookies.

There's a reason Green Bay probably wins this every year... they have a few web savvy fans.
