The Dolphins made history today!

They became the first one win team to ever beat a 7-0 or greater undefeated team in the history of the NFL!

Pretty damn impressive! :dolphins:

We are the first team in NFL history to EVER beat a 7-0 team as a 1-6 team? Hmmmm??? How about JT being the all time leader at returning a TO for a TD as a D-Linemen with todays pick and return for a TD??? Or how bout Jason Allen getting his first int as a pro??? Or Wes Welker getting his first TD of the season??? Or Rex Grosman throwing not only his 1st, but his 2nd and 3rd int's and 1st fumble at home?? Or Devin Hesters 1st ever fumble as a pro??? Good stuff!!!

It was a great day all-aroud:ffic: I'm very happy!:D

And for the Jason Allen haters, here's a pic for you:

I admit

I was a Jason Allen hater for a couple of reasons.
1. He has hip problems, and I didn't think getting a guy with injury problems was the way to go.
2. He looked TERRIBLE in the preseason. He couldn't cover anyone.
3. He wasn't playing, I figured there must have been a reason.

He looked impressive today, and thank god Bell came back.
I guess if you get drafted first round 16th overall you must be pretty good.

I'm still on the fence with him, but he looks good so far.

Well, I'm going to do my part to keep the Dolphins winning. I bet against them in our football pool and they won. Lost $5.00 in the office football pool, the Dolphins win, that seems like an even trade. So next week, my money's on the Chiefs...LOL

Not to mention, this is the first game we've scored over 30 points this season. Probably just as shocking is we're scoring 20.5 pts per game against pretty fair teams under Joey while only getting 12.75 out of a Culpepper-led team against pretty weak teams.

Not to mention this team needed some pitbull in 'em. We've been missing that fight we showed out there today since week one. Realistically speaking, Miami didn't win this game as much as Chicago lossed it, but they went to war out there and earned every bounce, fumble, and over thrown pass that came there way. And what's more, when we got our chances, we sealed the deal. I tell yah, the football team I saw today can struggle out 8 more victories. They might not be pretty, but they can getrdone. THANK YOU KOOCH!!!

What a great day for us Dolfans!! 2-6 doesn't seem to bother me with a win like this. And for once our team was definetly a TEAM. Unity was all over their faces and body language. They came out with that "I am going to kill" looks on their faces and they did just that in front of the Bears home crowd making this win that much sweeter!!:dolphins: :dolphins:
