All y'all who think this isn't a loss need to look closer at his play last year. While he may not have been power-bombing QBs all season, he was making VERY influential plays. He solo covered Gronk and Jimmy Graham. Totally blew that sack against Luck, but he thought he'd already let go the ball...either way, the movement to get there was very athletic...he won't make that mistake again. He made a few plays in the Pittsburgh game that DIRECTLY helped us win, particularly one causing Rapelesburger to hold the ball, take a sack by Wake, fumble, and we recovered.
In his limited action last year, he was very effective, setting the table for crazy good things to come this year. We'll just have to wait a month. Hopefully Gronk doesn't eat us up too much : /
