Merged: Dolphins eye playoff game for lost home game...

Did you even read the article?

If we play the way we're capable, you can gain added home games at the end of the season," the coach said Tuesday in London, where the Dolphins take on the New York Giants on Oct. 28. "That's our challenge."

That was paragraph 2!

Sorry for not titling the thread to your liking, maybe stop being so picky and just read the darn articles first.

What does the title have anything to do with the story. I didnt read anywhere about the dolphins hoping about a home playoff game (If we got there) for losing a home game

Are u serious? In the first couple of sentences Cam is like "If we play the way we're capable, you can gain added home games at the end of the season," . . . . u thought he was gonna convince the commish to let Miami get an extra game at the end while the other teams were either home or in the playoffs.

"Miami plays meaningless game on Wildcard weekend @ home to make up for London game" . . . come on man . . . u know he was talking about a home game in the playoffs.

I wasnt refering to "your" title, I was refering to the title of the story as 790 named it that and not you...No, I didnt see the 1st 2 paragraphs. I thought the story started under the picture and not to the left of it...Relax

OK, sorry for being defensive! It takes alot of guts to post a new thread when you only have 30 or so posts.

And Cam needs to just be more low profile . . . we drank the kool-aid last year and we all were dissappointed . . . I would prefer if this year we just handle business and let the buzz happen during the season instead of before the season.

But he is right . . . we do have the potential . . . lets see what we can do with it

ok, thought it was weird that u didn't get why they would name the story that . . . its all good.

I also thought it was weird how the story started..."game played outside North America."

Merged: Dolphins rationalize lost home game

The game at the rebuilt Wembley Stadium  the traditional home of England's national soccer team  will be the first regular-season NFL game played outside North America.

That's just trying to make a positive spin on it. I think you can get home games at the end of the season whether you play in London or not.

All due respect to the British fans, but no matter how you look at it, Miami has lost a home game and thus the competitive "playing field" is as a result not equal to others in the league, and most importantly, the division.

The NFL must like to give it to the Giants...Remember in 2005 the NFL made N.O. play their home game at Giants stadium against the Giants albeit LSU is right there, then a few weeks later we went and played them at LSU...Now they make us give up our home game to the Giants in London...Total BS!

Also, I think what Cam meant was that if you play well during the regular season you are rewarded home games during the playoffs as in the normal high seeded teams play their games at home...Not that you are actually GIVEN extra home games at the end of the season

I keep hearing that the crowd is going to be mostly for the Phins, IDK, this could maybe work to Miami's advantage??? If it's true about the crowd being heavily favored to Miami then it's going to be a hell of a lot louder there in our favor than it would be at Dolphins stadium
