Dolphins getting cut???

• Prominent veterans most at risk of being jettisoned: Lamar Gordon and Derrius Thompson (who could net lower draft picks), Travis Minor, Taylor Whitley, Donald Lee, Dario Romero, Corey Jenkins, Brendan Ayanbadejo, Mario Edwards and Tony Bua

if u need a link go to miami herald!!

I think that you should reword your title because it seems like that there were players that was cut. I do have to agree with all of them names.

I don't think Ayanbadejo gets cut, he is still a solid ST player

Please don't use exclamation points like that in your thread title. You were giving the impression that they were already cut. Thanks.

Same with Travis Minor, solid ST'er
Yeah, and surprisingly, I heard Minor is having a decent camp with the few carries he's getting and on special teams he's been everywhere.. it pays to be able to do more than just tote the rock.. no no, ricky, ricky, that's TOTE!! sorry, i'll speak more clearly next time.

Alot of those surprise me, dont you think if we traded DT to a team like, ohh say the Eagles we could get a 6th or 7th round choice? I do, eaisly. I would rather trade DT than release him personally. I think a team like Jackonsville would give up a 5th 6th or 7th for Gordon, I say trade them and stock pile up on picks, and if we cant, cut them. Other than that, no trade value, mabey if we pile up 2 or 3 for a 5th or 6th.`

Of that list...i just dont see Bua getting cut too good on special teams.

And i think somehow Minor will survive.

Gordon should have been traded the second Brown signed his contract.

I agree, we gave up a 3rd for him, I could see us gettin a 4th 5th or 6th round pick for him.

The problem is teams won't be in a hurry to give up picks for guys they think will be cut in a few weeks. They can just wait and try to sign them as FA's.

Gordon has no cap value, he's got one year left and it's 500-600,000. A Team would send a 7th for Thompson. Sammy Morris takes Minors spot on Special teams as the half back on punting situations. There's no way Minor makes this team unless Gordon gets traded. We have some good receivers like Mann pushing for the 6th receiver spots as well. Bua might be victim to not being able to be good depth at safety unless he shows potential. We have Jones, Schulters, Tillman, and Bell, all better Safeties as of right now, and we might need to carry an extra corner, so Bua could be the odd man out.
