Dolphins | Rosenfels could start

Jeff Darlington, of the Palm Beach Post, reports <A href="http://www.kffl.com/team/22/nfl">Miami Dolphins QB Sage Rosenfels would make his second career start during Week 11 if QB Gus Frerotte (finger) cannot play.

It would be interesting on how Leinhan does his playcalling. I bet ya that we will run the ball about 40 times and throw it about 20-25 times.

Bet you he won't.

I doubt that.

Actually...that is an interesting point....
I wonder if his "trust in Gus" is the same as his "trust in Sage" when it comes to the plays called....

I think ACE has a good point...how do you protect a new QB? You run the ball a lot, and you call high precentage pass plays to bolster confidence. IF Sage starts I bet the run number DO go up as Ace predicts.

Or....Does Linehan throw the ball 40+ times thinking the Browns won't be ready for Sage.

I wouldn't put it past him.

Why not? He won't have his buddy Frerotte playing in the game.

That because he is a pass happy guy and Sage does have a good arm that can hit targets well. He proved that in the preseason. Also Sage has a swagger about him and he doesn't look like he gets afraid when it comes time to make the plays. That was one of the traits that I really like about him during the preseason. I have also noticed to that Chambers likes Rosenfels alot so that may help him out too!! I wish him the best of luck if he gets a chance in there!!

I can believe this, but probably 10 of those passes will be once the get in the red-zone.

I think sage will come out of the closet and pul something like 17/26 202 1 td 1 int

I personally hope Sage starts the rest of the year. Not saying he's our future, but if he has a GREAT half-season, who knows...
