Besides Jason Rader and Fifita, anyone know anything about the other guys?

Prater is a kicker from UCF, he was with the Lions, performed well last year in preseason, but couldn't crack the lineup.

P.K. Sam was originally drafted by the Patriots, but as far as I know he's never seen the field. He was on our practice squad last year.

The other folks, no clue about them.

Interesting, Hamden for 3rd string QB? This would surely mean some QB cuts are coming. How many times has Radar been released and resigned?

Yeesh, the mods merged this before anyone had to ask. I respectfully raise a glass o beer and request that you guys get a life ;)

Hamden played at Indiana.... hmmmm...

jason rader made some good plays against the bears in nicks first season he wasnt flashy but he has good hands and can be a threat to put up good numbers if allowed to do so. (just my opinion)

Hamden could be among the cuts. We're just bringing him in to give a look, i'm sure we'll bring in all sorts of guys and then they'll be cut sometime in training camp. Maybe he'll make the practice squad.

Career Notes | Agility | High School | Personal | Stats ANALYSIS

Positives: Natural rhythm passer with good size and deceptive quickness … Effective at scanning the field to spot his alternate receivers … Stands in under pressure, maintaining his poise in the pocket … Shows good accuracy on his long throws … Has adequate touch and timing in the short area … Throws a tight spiral and will sometimes thread the needle with his passes … Able to alter his delivery to put added heat behind his tosses when needed … Holds the ball high and has a very quick over-the-top release.
Negatives: Has accuracy problems throwing on the move … Even though he has the arm to go deep, his receivers generally will have to work hard for the ball on those routes … Will tend to overthrow the ball when pressured and forces passes when escaping from the collapsed pocket … Makes questionable judgement calls at times, as he tends to lose awareness of the oncoming defensive linemen … Has to work on increasing his pass set point, as he tends to spend too much time scanning the field before unleashing the long ball … Lack of foot quickness is a concern.

Hamdan has been a main stay in NFL Europe and looked good - when fit. He has had alot of injuries during the NFL Europe seasons gone by. A nice pick up by us though.

I would think he will go to NFL "Europa", play another season with the Admirals (His team over there) and look good again. He led them to a World Bowl in 05. :-)

Habran has thrown 2 NFL passes, completing one for 7 yards. Not much to go on there.

He was drafted in the 7th round by the Redskins, and Steve Spurrier, in 2003. He bounced around a bit, playing for Amsterdam, where he was pretty good but had some injury trouble. Spent some time in the San Francisco practice squad before making the active roster in Seattle.

Anyone else notice all those new signees have funny names? Made me chuckle

John Madden is going to commit suicide if he has to do one of our games....especially if that Aromashadu (spelling?) guy also makes it.

Hamdan is a big QB. He's about 6'5" 240. Also the fact that Cameron recruited him to Indiana is an interesting footnote. At the very least, give him a long look in camp and see what he can do. It's not like our QB position is in great shape!!!!
