MERGED: Dolphins sign LB Marvin Mitchell

I like the signing as I see it not only as an upgrade from Spitler but bascially covering the vacancy that was created when we let Tim Dobbins go. I never saw Dobbins as a starter but he could fill in if a starter went down which is what this guy can do too.
Lets face it even if it was just a quarter of play the Falcs ran the ball on us pretty well which is where a good ILB comes in. We have needed LB depth going back to last year on the inside and the outside. I feel better hope the FA we picked up on the outside along with Jason has us covered there too.

Well he lived on a farm, I'm sure he knows a lot about corn and how to properly feed everyone

I'm assuming that you changed your name because we no longer have a certain player from WV anymore. Smart move I'd say.
 
Hopefully he comes in with high energy ready to work. Don't know much about him but a little depth can't hurt.

this guy was pretty awesome in the 3-4 with us last year. solid against the run and played even better in coverage.

basically just flat out made plays whenever he got the chance
