WOW! looks like we really want another reciever do you think Boston will last until the end of the season because I think he would be next one cut which I will be disappointed to see.

ive never heard of any of these guys, but its interesting that they are all wideouts

is this the end for boston? does this also mean welker's role as a wr will be limited?

:dunno:

Russel was a 3rd round pick out of Utah so he must have some talent to be drafted first day...

Maybe Saban is just trying to light a fire under the WR's and make them play harder if they know their job is on the line.

If that's the case, he needs to bring in everyone who could possibly even masquerade themselves as a NFL cornerback in to try out and stick a blow torch against Howard's gluteous maximus.

I don't know why the hell everyone thinks we'll cut Boston. He is signed for the vet minimum. It's not like he's eating space.

The reason why he is on the "bubble" is because he isn't getting it done on the field. He needs to start to do something, or he will get cut.

I have Jonathan carter on my madden team, He is real fast, but can't catch:cry:

His salary is very cheap though:D

and? in Madden Welker is a 60 overall with a 60 catch rating.....

IRL, Carter was a great returner for the Jets and Giants because he's got great speed (as do both Luke and Russel), and he got caught up in the #s game.

He could possibly be a viable deep threat.

What does this say about our PS receivers though? Why are they even there if they're not thought of highly enough to get a consideration for the 53 man roster?

That is very true. I had to cut welker because I was sick of him fumbling kick offs

the main theme with all 3 of those guys is blazing speed

We could use a blazing speed guy. None of our WR's are blazers, even though Chambers is reasonably fast.
