Dw upset with McMichael?

I am sorry coach but showed there emotion on this team, and just couldn't take the crap that was taking place on the field, to which he tried to pump up the team! He showed more emotion and fire then I can ever, ever remember DW showing us!

How could a professional business like Wayne H. put up with this? If it was you or I we would have been fired long ago? Whats Wayne waiting for?

He's upset about the helmet throwing. He's not upset about the fire. How would you feel if that helmet hurt someone, or if it broke when he threw it? It's not like every player has a replacement helmet on standby.

Even if we did fire Wanstetd right now, nothing would change the players on our roster are already set.... & I dont think Mr. H will fire Wanstetd during the season, he's just not that type of owner...However, i really believe Wanny's days are already numbered as we speak...as soon as this season is over, so is Wanny.

I see what you are saying, and I understand about the helmet, as I saw that, but this team needed, and continues to need jolts, that they are not getting from this coaching staff! This leadership is not stepping up to plate, to take the role of correcting, and steering this ship to the correct direction!

I totally agree with you said, but my concern is with all the young players we have, I just don't want to see them waste a year, rather the developing this year if they had a complete coaching staff.

I believe he had every right to be upset, However I don't agree of him throwing the helment. Also he could have done it in a better way. All that did was lead more negative publicity our way. But we get back on track this week.
 
Why dont we make McMike player/coach.
Even if he would only be a figurehead he couldnt do much worse than wanny.

If we've ALREADY got a sharp divide between the O and the D, this is going to be a long season. Yikes.
 
This has been covered already. He's not upset about the fire from the players; he's concerned about the throwing of the helmet. I think he's 100% correct. From a team standpoint if McM threw his helmet and he broke it he cannot go back into the game. We won't even talk about how throwing a helmet like he did could have hurt his team mates or even himself.

Get fired up, but leave the physical temper tantrums at home.
 
This is so stupid. Im glad Madison and McMichael yelled at the offense. Heck, I was screaming at the top of my lungs at the TV at Wade Smith and Feeley so it was good to see the players getting upset. SMad played an almost perfect game at CB and him and Poole basically shut down the Cincy offense. I would be ticked off too if the offensive line couldnt block for more than 2 seconds and AJ threw away 7 points costing them the game. The defense played incredible, so good that the team even had a chance at winning both games. If they didnt say anything, I would be more annoyed. McMike is turning into my fav player and it was good to see someone finally call out our POS offensive line.

This is exactly where wanny lacks. How can you get your players fired up or fuel them with emotion when you just stand there with your clipboard with that grin on your face. Even marvin lewis was talking to their offense and defense and yelling to get them to play good for one final series. It worked for Marvin. The winner of this game just needed 1 good series in the 4th. Marvin fired up his team and Wanny got upset when we tried to do the same.

God I hate wanny.
