Merged:Game On/off?/ Any news on the Game

Wanny would like it on Sat as well...............that way they can everyone two days off again this week after all they do deserve it???
 
yeah, im kinda curious on this too.
Last time they moved the game to Saturday, the announcement was made on Thursday at 2pm by the NFL. Its already after that time and they havent gone to the NFL yet.

I need to change my flights if they are gonna move it so i would hope they make a decision soon.

It was announced later than 2. Closer to 4 I think. I didn't get the alert on my cell phone until after 5.

LOL. Well, they HAVE to be discussing it, ya know? I mean, what choice do they have?
 
Dolphins game on Sat? It's like X-Mas coming a day early. Sounds cool to me. I have tickets so that means I can get boozed up on both days! No way they wont reschedule it. Even if it hits to the north, there are still some Dolphins who have family up there. BEtter to have it on Sat so they can have their minds more on it. Not to mention if it's on Sunday, the Steelers won't want to come down to that.

Tropical Storm force (up to 74 mph)winds exceed 145 miles from the eye. That means the eye would have to hit 72.5 miles north of them for them to not feel the winds. Ever try throwing a football in 40/50/60/70 mph winds? try sticking your hand out the car window and see what that would be like. Flat out, it's gonna get changed unless a miracle happens.

I can assure you it was 2pm. I was on the phone with Continental changing flight times for over an hour on my cell phone at my office cause my desk phone broke.
Either way on the time, i think the longer we sit here without even a hint of anything from the NFL, the game is still being planned on Sunday

Where were you yesterday when I was having to spend $400+ to get 6 seats in the nosebleeds?:) Non-refundable, I love it. If the game is on Sunday You'll be able to call me aqua man up there!
