Feely back to the Giants?

May not come here after all. Still hope Mares gone. I wouldnt fight over Feely.

Per Rotoworld:
Jay Feely is now considering a contract offer from the Giants.

Reports earlier Tuesday indicated Feely was on the verge of signing in Miami. Looks like we've got a good 'ol fashioned catfight over a kicker.
 
Man I wouldn't mind a new kicker, but not Feeley . . . I rather draft a guy than go that route.
 
The front office wants Mare to restructure. If he fails to do so, THEN their going to cut him. But for all you hoping Miami was straight up done with mare, its not quite that bad yet.

Also, try to remember that Camerons had to watch not one, but two very good chargers teams lose in the playoffs because of Nate "Chokeking" Kaeding. If nothing else, Mare's proven he can make the kick when it matters most.
 
Perhaps someone will get their Lawrence Tynes wish instead!!

same here. Mare's touchbacks would be misssed so much we'll see the difference. it helped us out tremendously. we will miss it once its gone.

thats wut im hopeing for.........i kno he missed the most kicks in the league but 5 of them were over 50+ yards........his kick offs are still raw as heck man they allways go out of the end zone, i want him to stay, just restricture mare!

like aginst those 3 teams we got a L to this year b/c he missed em?
 
i want feeley personally, mares lost his touch and has to go....i like feeleys attitude and i personally think hes a great kicker, mares past his prime lets just get a proven vet with still potential to hit game winning field goals

Oh he was pretty bad this year, not going to defend him on that account. But when theres only a few seconds left on the clock and mare lines up to make a kick to win the game (and its not from the infield dirt) im confident its going in. You can't say that with a lot of kickers in this league.

I dont know what happened to Mare as to why hes been missing the simple ones, but i do know that hes a great clutch kicker.
 
Mare use to make them when they counted, he is past his prime and overpaid. Feely or no Feely if he doesnt restructure goodbye.
