Great job defense!!!

I have to say that I am really impressed on the way they have played today. Even without seau and madison this defense has performed the best they have all year. We even got a safety. :)
 
Zach Thomas?

I could only track the game over gamecenter today and I noticed even though our run defense was great, Z. Thomas only had 2 tackles. Did he have an off game or did he just not get the oppurtunity to record his usual 10+ tackles because of the excellent play of our defensive line?
 
yes, Zach was very very quiet today. Maybe even those most quiet day of his career.
 
Zach didn't do much but he didn't have to. Our D-line was the most dominant I have seen it in a while. I would prefer it that way every week, to be honest. If our d-line dominates, we will win MOST of the time.
 
Yeah that was a very impressive performance. Without Sam and Junior especially. Maybe their will continue to be performances like this. Now if we could get that darn ferrotte to complete a pass or at least quit fumbleing and throwing to the wrong team.
 
sounds good...just wanted to make sure it wasn't because he was missing tackles or being blocked
 
He was in coverage a lot, and was blitzing a lot. They also abondoned the run early.
 
Yeah great job d! They hooked it up with 27 points in my fantasy league!
 
yes tillman did great. the defensive line was extremely good today. howard also did a respectable job. he was beat a few times but it seemed like the safetys helped get his back.
 
Gotta be proud of this defense tonight. You know Saban wanted this to show the people at LSU he made the right decision and this team came out and gave him everything they had. This defense deserves a game ball!
