Guess they weren't kidding when they talked about being more transparent with what is going on with the team. It's cool that they taped and released that video

That NEVER would have seen the light of day with "the TriFukta" in charge. So, refreshing to see Joe Philbin influence the whole culture of the Dolphins, including getting Jeff Ireland to grow some balls and be candid with the fanbase.
