I disagree. We had Brandon Marshall and Hartline and look where that got us. And I can tell you that Brandon Marshall is better than any receiver we will get this offseason.

I'm also not for getting 2 FA receivers. Only 1. Some people in here are talking about going to get Wallace AND Jennings. Lets pray that we can actually get one but I wouldn't want both. We're not going to the super bowl next year and I'd prefer to groom a rookie and not have to pay 20 million a year for 2 receivers. Gimme Jennings and a rookie that will eventually become our number 1, a 6'4 and runs a 4.4 type of guy.

For him, that's a career year, especially since he has 14 TDs to go along with it. He's the 3rd option in that offense so 800 yards isn't bad.
 
I'd love to have Jennings..But his sister is ****ing stupid.

I know it has nothing to do with Jennings himself, but don't do that.
 
This slimy beyotch should just shut her piehole. Sounds like she has a vested interest in maxxing Jenning's comp - as in maybe she's sponging off him like a parasite? Aaron Rodgers is 10x the QB her brother is a receiver. If signing him means we get a "Ginn Family" package deal then **** no!!! She should keep her likely big arse up parked up there in the frozen tundra.

Agreed...We could use Jennings but not the Jennings family..
Philbin would not stand for that kind of distraction.
IMHO, I would rather draft some new WR's and just look for OL help in FA.
 
Jennings isn't all that though.. Honestly looking at his numbers and his injury history.. I'd give him an incentive laden contract to come here. I want him in Miami but he's not a receiver that fixes our problems offensively. Now Larry Fitzgerald fixes it. But since Larry is unrealistic, we're still going to need another WR. Maybe Matthews steps up in the offseason like Reshad Jones did in year two.

Or maybe someone in the draft steps up right away.

But just adding Jennings isn't going to fix our issues offensively, he's not much of a weapon like the Calvin Johnson's, Andre Johnson or Fitz to do that.

I thought of this as well. Something is going down. You know...Something has been always coming into my head lately. How Ross wanted jim harbaugh and jeff Ireland passed on flynn.
Something tells me the guys we have are not as dumb as we think they are. Just a thought...nothing more...Just a thought.

We'd have to draft Keenan Allen as well. A guy that would eventually become our number 1
