Despite what you may think about his play on the field, there is no denying the character that Joey Harrington showed for the Phins this year. He really is an upstanding guy. Check out this article to see how he recently helped a family in need.

Yeah, Joey is known around the league & the community as a very friendly & good-hearted person. I don't think anyone has denied what kind of person he is off the field, it's his play on the field that has everyone up in arms.

do u think if i ever messaged Joey asking for a couple thousand dollars to pay my debts off...he'd send me some money??

That's a very generous thing to do. Joey really is a guy with a lot of class and is an example of how players should conduct their lives off the field (rather than having parties on boats or getting arrested). If he can develop playing skills equal to his good character, he'd be HOF.

Great person, bad QB.

I think I would much rather be great at the first than great at the second and terrible at the first.

it sucks that the damn government and even bill gates, or the worlds richest people...wont even help out people like that.

here i am, 21 years old in like an $18K debt...yea i said that publicly, im not afraid to admit it...and no government agency or Gates foundation will help? how rude! :boohoo:

I feel your pain, I've been there my self. Just do the right thing, sacrafice and discipline, that will get you out of debt. Anyways, I wish Joey was a better player.
