<A href="http://www.kffl.com/link/173">Jim Wyatt, of the Tennessean, reports the Tennessee Titans have asked for permission to speak to Green Bay Packers director of pro player personnel Reggie McKenzie and Jacksonville Jaguars director of pro personnel Charles Bailey about their vacant general manager's position. The Packers have granted the Titans permission to speak with McKenzie, while the Jaguars are expected to follow suit with Bailey. The team is also expected to ask for permission to speak with Miami Dolphins general manager Randy Mueller and Seattle Seahawks vice president of football administration Mike Reinfeldt and vice president of player personnel Ruston Webster.
