You mean,,,,,,,,,WHEN!! he comes out with his book, will you read it!! After football he is still going to have to pay "Child Support" He just won't have to take as many Piss tests.:rtfm:

Id buy it the day it came out. Ricky is not only a unique and talented football player, but he is also probably one of the more intelligent NFL players out there.

I think Ricky's a pretty intelligent guy, regardless of the flack he gets here and elsewhere for his affinity for smoking refer.

If he sticks to the story that I want to hear, about his experience in the National Football League, I think it would be a widely read book.

If he goes off on some Buddhist existential tangent, I'm out.

I think you would spend most of the book saying, "What the heck is he talking about!!!"

Ricky is very intelligent, but he is also very very wierd, I'm not sure many people would be able to understand what he is saying from the way he would say it.

yes, i would buy it and read it. It would be interesting though...very interesting.

I would buy it if the pages were rice paper and if they have a little glue strip down one side.:goof:

ricky

I like ricky as a running back-he could have been one of the best. as far as smart-i don't think so. steve young is smart-attorney, leader and super bowl winner. that to me is smart. ricky--selfish and self centered-he did walk away from the fins at the worst possible moment. if he did not owe 8.5 million --would he have come back? i've watched interview after interview and he never gets his story straight and now he gets suspended again for a year. he seems to know his religion but after that i fail to see the attraction. i would not want him as a business partner or watching my kids and i'm not sure i want to risk the dolphins future on a running back who thinks more of himself than of his team. he's proven hat twice.as far as his book goes--would not waste my time. i've got better things to do than read the ramblings of a stoner.fear the fins even without ricky.:dolphins:

I'd buy it in a second. The man is far more than just a "stoner" like everyone's quick to label him. He's an interesting person who's been through a lot, including winning the Heisman and dominating the NFL. I'd love to read it.

yea same here, if the book was on his experience in the nfl and his issues with the league and weed, then i would deff buy the book but if it was something completely different like you said on buddhist existence and somethign similar to that then i would not really care for it

No doubt I would buy it.

I always thought that Ricky was an interesting person and I've always been wanting to have a deep conversation wiht him about life.

What an interesting thread...Yes, I would definitely buy and read it.

I think it would be a good for many people to read so maybe they might understand a little better the struggles of addiction; nd that just because you have a lot of money and are one of the very best at what you do does not mean that you are not human and struggle like the rest of us average folks.

It would be an excelent idea for Ricky, lots of people make statements about Ricky and actually nobody know him, so they could undestand loads of things. Its always good to hear the other side of the story.
