6 carries for 23yards...hmm..that's almost 4yds/carry and a TD already! I hope this shuts up those silly doubters who say Ronnie is a bust. There will more where that came from....
 
Now that Ronnie has scored

Can we stop all of the, did we draft the wrong guy, is he a bust, Caddy is better. I was a little overdue I agree but he looks Good so far against a good Defense!
 
that makes me a lot happier about getting him now. But it was only one drive and there is a whole game. SO before I rush to conclusions I want to wait and see how he does the whole game.
 
what was the drive like ...the game isnt on up here

and how long was his TD
 
First drive was nice Gus completed 3 straight passes to Chambers then a few runs to ronnie, Gilmore caught a nice ball ronnie ran it in for the score. Marched right down the field Look good so far

EXACTLY!! It's great that he got a touchdown, but a touchdown does not make an entire game or season. It's something we'll have to wait and see.

Everybody is happy that Ronnie scored his first TD... heck, I'm happy everytime ANY Dolphin player scores a TD but I think you should really have higher expectations for a player that was drafted #2 overall then "... almost 4yds/carry and a TD". It's silly to say that Ronnie Brown is a bust but it's idiotic to discredit Caddy and make excuses for Ronnie (which is exactly what the Ronnie Brown is God/The Homers were doing and that started this whole thing). Having one good drive in his third professional game isn't going to shut up any one but hopefully he'll continue to build on that drive and consistently get better every game.
 
im just asking for him to improve every game. He seems to have done that. Right now he has 9 carries for 26 yards that may not look good, but that is solid against the carolina defense. All I ask him is for him to show us something. He has shown flashes of that. But before I call Ronnie a bust or an amazing player, I will wait and see what he has done in more than 3 games.
 
it's going to be more difficult to get a read on RB for a while until they start blocking for the poor guy...

i like how hungry he looks today... anyone else notice how often the defender's are messing with him after the whistle?... i've noticed Jeno James pull him back to the huddle twice now...
 
The original post regarding Ronnie as a bust was idiotic. Attempting to define someones career in just 2 games is completely ignorant.

And couldnt run for more than 2 yards since. He is gonna be a good player, but he aint playing good now. He looks slow out there. Granted he has no holes to pick.
