MERGED: Jason Taylor traded?? / Insanity

Berman, after we picked Ronnie Brown, said we did not have another pick until the 3rd round....OOOPSS!

I like JT... one of my favorite Phins. But I am not stupid, If we could get a #1 pick for him I think we should. And I'll bet Saban has tried. Unfortunatly our #1 pick for Taylor days are behind... we would probaly be looking at a 2nd at the very best.

The good news for us JT fans is that he will probably remain a dolphin due to no real interest in him.

Jason Taylor will remain a dolphin, and anyone that starts a thread or is serious about him being traded should be banned and shot. He is the best player on our defense and if he did get traded, it would not make Zach Thomas happy. Taylor is married to his sister, and it would create a stir in the defense that doesn't need any stirs.

BTW, Like I've said before, they'd release V. Holliday before they release JT.

I'll report anyone to the MODs who talks about shooting people too, folks! We want QB and we ain't taking NO for an answer!
 
Stop The Insanity!!!!!!!!

Jason Taylor IS NOT going anywhere, he's our best defensive player, and the only guy who absolutely wreaks havok all day long on Sundays. Saban is building a Dominant defense, and J.T. is maybe the most important ingredient to this dominance. Plus Holliday, and Carter porbably won't be here after this season, and Timbo, and Chester are question marks........Saban NEEDS Jason Taylor for this defense to be special!!!!

Yes I agree with everything you say except the phrase about Carter only being here one season. Kevin Carter will be here probably for at least three years.
 
agreed. look guys, Kevin Carter can play DE or DT, and Holliday is a situational kind of guy, Saban wants to be able to throw multiple fronts at offensive lines to keep them guessing, something we havent done in a while. he wants to keep offenses on their toes by dropping JT into pass coverage, or slipping Kevin Carter inside at tackle, i think the depth is definetly a good thing.
