Chiefs claimed WR Chris Chambers on waivers.

Damn, really wanted him to come back...we dont have any veteran LEADERS at WR, he could have been good for our young WR corp
 
I thought they should have acted on it. They must be satisfied with what they have, although I am befuddled as to how.
 
A WR beyond his prime? He's fat and slow and that is leadership?

He played his way out of SD, and was dumped from their roster cause he holds no value. Glad he's in KC and glad he isn't back in MIA.
 
what the hell thats retarted. why the hell would the chiefs even want him. it makes no sense bc they are clearly not going anywhere this season, and hes not the type of player you would think a team would sign to negotiate a long term contract with. makes no sense and im also pissed off that we didnt get him. whatever though i feel really confident with the guys we have on this team that we can still get the job done and make the playoffs and possibly make some noise.
 
Interesting that the Chiefs claimed him. I dont understand really. It obviously wasnt a move they made for this season. Its a long term thing.

What makes it interesting is that the Chiefs and phins have trade connections with Parcells and his son-n-law. Could be a move that creates something in the offseason. Maybe a Chambers or Bowe deal?

can't be sure that they didn't....I'm not 100% sure how waiver priority is set up at this point in the season, but whatever criteria they are using (last years finish, current record) the Chiefs are certainly ahead of us.
 
CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh well, we are going to be forced to use Ginn a LOT more than Sparano wants to. If not, our running game is fried...
 
Doesn't really bother me at all. I mean I just don't really see an upgrade by getting him. He had one good season. Other than that, he was dropping the ball like TO;)

I definitely hope we draft a WR with our first Rounder since Ted Ginn is clearly NOT a #1 WR & we definitely need one.
