you see how good our running game is.

why not keep them together for the long term?

finally someone with comon sense. all these trade ricky threads make me sick. I think these two can compliment each other well in the following seasons.
 
I don't know the deal with Ricky's contract, but if he's willing to play for cheap, we should definitely keep him.
 
I think it would be nice to have both, but somewhere in the not-too-distant future, you're gonna have to pay Ricky. And I don't know how you can overcome paying two "feature-like" backs when you've got so many holes to fill.
 
Ricky played great today, and even though Ronnie had a couple drops, we controlled the running game.

I think Ronnie outran him again today (as I've thought all year long). But considering the whole picture -- the fumbles -- Ricky did outplay him.
 
why trade ricky ?

Ricky is cheap for us , is a great back , and doesnt have a problem sharing the position , why trade him ? that seems to be foolish to me , what if ronnie gets hurt ? , having 2 quality RBs and a solid back up in sammy morris is great for us , besides only ronnie has a major salary . i say keep ricky for a long time !!! .
