I like Dez Bryant too but to me Brandon LaFell is the guy that excites me. Some have compared him to ex LSU alum, Dwayne Bowe. He has 19 td's over the last two years. At 6'3, he is a sure red zone target. He offers a good blend of being physical and sneaky quick. I don't see why he wouldn't make a great addition to this team. If he could slip to the 2nd round, I think it would be great to see Miami select him. Sorry Bryant fans out there, my pick for our new wr is Lafell.

Check out the hit he puts on the miss st player, this guy is dynamic....

And just like Dwayne Bowe, has concentration issues resulting in drops. He's a very poor mans Dwayne Bowe. More like Limas Sweed. Just say no to LaFell.

Other than the obvious issues with Lafell that others have pointed out....at least Dwayne Bowe went to the Senior Bowl and performed very well....Lafell's decision to skip out on it immediately raised more red flags around Lafell for me...

I'm not ready to sink LaFell that low yet.

I'd rather roll the dice on LaFell's hands getting better than roll the dice on Gilyard dealing with physical coverage at the next level...and maybe rather than hoping that Benn will be able to get loose in man coverage.

I like LaFell it's just that he doesn't see the ball in the air, doesn't adjust to it well, and doesn't catch reliably. That seems like a terrible thing for a receiver but I've seen other guys with that kind of problem rise above them or improve them to the point where they're a very valuable player at the next level.

Give me Lafell over D. Thomas or most of the WR's in this draft.

I have him behind Bryant and Benn. I'm not high on Lafell, but I'm pretty down on everyone after those three.

I do like Golden Tate. I have LaFell, Tate and Benn sort of circling around each other. All behind Bryant.

gilyard got off press fine at the senior bowl practices...i think though he's more quick than fast...i don't see burner speed there...

and i barring someone else from our wr core being traded don't necessarily see him as a real fit for us...especially if he was brought in as the #1 wr...don't know that i see that in him long term...

no interest in lafell or damian williams...

golden tate i wonder about separation but the same could be said for benn...i still think benn would be a guy who'd make a smooth transition into our offense...
