Former Titans safety Schulters will visit Dolphins

The Dolphins are considering bolstering their secondary by scheduling a free-agent visit today with safety Lance Schulters.

A seven-year NFL veteran, Schulters was released last week by Tennessee after being unable to agree upon a restructured contract. Schulters was slated to earn $2.75 million in 2005, which was too pricey for the Titans because of their salary cap problems.

I was just about to post this. This is good news, I think he could be a solid safety for us and an upgrade over Tillman. Him and Tebucky at safety would be nice.

Good news, but I doubt we throw out too much money. It would be a nice addition though. It's weird saying that our secondary is a weakness after so many years having one of the best.

I would really like us to sign Schulters. Would definitely make me feel a lot better about the saftey position.

I would have thought by now you would have a laptop with wireless that you can take into the bathroom when nature calls.
