Im nmot suprised,although I really do wish we could have kept Bell,none of these players are superstars,and paying them like so was never going to happen.We go into the off-season with over $35M dollars under salary cap,and on the bright side we have ample opportunity to get some exceptional replacements,so dont be discouraged,I really dont think the loss of those three is really that significant,so long as we can make some moves in the off-season,which Im sure of with the fo

bad moves by parcells co. not bettering team here. especially with the schedule coming up!!
 
we now need:
RT, C, G, ILB(2?), CB(2?), FS, SS, OLB, WR(2?), NT plus backup linemen.
never going to be able to be able to fill all holes in FA and Draft.
 
I'm not sure i agree that Carey and Bell would get "much more elsewhere". I still think we haven't seen the last of either guy in Miami, and i hope, at least in Bell's case, we haven't.
 
We need to be patient.Last year was a mirage we are the product of a last place schedule.When bill and co took over the team it was at least a 3 year process.We are not going to make a run this year with or without carey and bell.We have 2 many holes to fill without having to overpay for a ok tackle and a 30 year old safety,and a non playmaking olbs.I would not be suprised after they see the market they come crawling back to the offers we gave them.If somebody wants to overpay for these guys so be it.We will find some other average player to fill these holes.We will build thru the draft and pay players that are worthy of a big payday.

Assuming Crowder, Bell and Carey go elsewhere, we got an eventful off season to say the least...

YB not getting a tag is a shocker.
 
Until they sign elsewhere there's always a chance, especially when they find out the grass is not always greener on the other side.
