Merged Many Times: Sign Jevon Kearse or Trade for Vilma

D-Slob (as Jets fans call Robinson) has been a huge disappointment in N.Y. He was a 1st rd. pick who never came close to earning his money. Keep him out of Miami. Vilma needs to stay away too, he usually gets blown up by solid backs, Ronnie Brown made Vilma look bad in the third game of the year last season.
 
way risky. one of my all time favorite gators. might be a bit small for the 3-4 and has those health concerns. plays like 'the freak' when he's healthy though. too tough to call.
 
Are you kidding me? At what position, may I ask? If you say DE I may jump off the balcony because I have had it up to HERE with explaining to people what a 3-4 DE is.
 
if we can get him at a good deal, the way we were able to get ricky, i say go it...As for Vilma, do wat it takes to get him...he's a playmaker

I bet this has probably been posted, but if not, he was released and might make a decent pick up and probably for cheap. Thoughts?
 
If we keep JT and wind up drafting LONG why do we need to waste money on KEARSE? VILMA= No Thanx. Wouldn't give the JETS a piece of dirt let alone a draft pick. Let him go somewhere else. We can't sign everybody guys, lets see how things shape up the next few days .....
 
Vilma is undersized and not the proto-typical Parcells LB and Kearse and him are injury prone.

Released from Philly. With all the talks about us getting another DE. Maybe this guy wouldnt be to bad.
 
i would say too old.... but i definitly wouldnt object as long as we didnt overpay him
 
I want Chris Long or Calvin Pace. Pace had 93 tackles as a DE last year. He don't seem to be much of a pass rusher though. It looks as though Travis Laboy is the best pass rusher in FA.
