MERGED: Marino's Last Pass Goes to Clayton

That's really great to hear from a Bills fan. It was great, thank you.

Hey man, stuff like that gives me goose bumps, Marino was a fun opponent for years, you knew you had to play 60minute, even if you had the lead.

Licking those fingers!

So...how many of you KNEW what he was up to as soon as he licked his fingers. I SO MISS THOSE DAYS! As soon as he did it, I was just waiting for Duper or Clayton to go deep! It's amazing something so little can bring back such great memories!

Thank you Dan for being my hero! You were and will always be a class act.

It didn't look like Mark Clayton wanted to run like Marino asked him. Still brought us back to the glory days.

Yeah I felt the power of the lick...that sounded weird!!!!!!!!! No but really I only got to see Dan play one game in San Diego and it is one of my best memories in my lifetime, even though they lost, but the Chargers glitched to beat us!!!!!!!

i bet clayton was afraid of messing up bro, i woulda been like god what if i drop dans hall of fame pass!

He might be better then about 5 to 10 starting QB's in the league today! Napolen that Pat sig is SICK!!!!! Love it bro!

haha... That was a fantastic ending to his induction speech! Nothing like seeing those two hook up for a big play!

I would say Dan today is better than 95% of the QB's in the league, and could start on about half of teams. The first thing I said when I saw the throw, was "MAN he's in a BLAZER and thorwing better than most QB's in the league........Anyone watching the highlights still amazed at how fast his release was!?!?!

watching all the year books, seeing some things i was to young to remember. and early memories from the 90 and 91 season was unreal. you cant describe dan, words were never made for this occasion

Man he put that pass right in Clayton's hands! Unbelievable how he still has that great touch after five years.

What was unbelievable in my opinion was that the release was still as lightning fast. By the way guys most of Dan's deep balls were to Duper, but I guess not this time.

But Clayton caught most of the TD passes, that's why I said "big play." And today was Marino's biggest play! Loved it!

One of the most special moments ever. Marino to Clayton one more time. I still have a giant lump in my throat. What a wonderful day to be a Dolfan!
