What I personally would like to see but it won't happen. Draft Blackmon somehow at #8. Draft Weeden in the 2nd if he's still available. Would love it but won't happen. #Dreamchasers
 
What's this "Philbin didn't want him" noise? How do we know that? We brought him in for a look. Maybe we just failed to close and he chose Seattle. Only $10 mil guaranteed is reasonable. It's the kind of cautious contract you'd want to sign him to.
 
And the problem is Moore is good enough for a way fews a sesaon...and we won't get anywhere close to the top pick next year...

Compared to Kolb's deal...its nothing

Kolb was 6 years 63 million and 21 million guaranteed...

Flynn's deal is half of that...Not to bad at all...

Cole was right...Ireland was trying to lowball him and he got insulted...

Were we really swinging?

Seattle is out of the running for Smith who definitely seems like a better option. Seattle panicked realizing that we will steal Smith from them and quickly offered Flynn. We may come out better in the end with this.
 
Either we are really broke or really delusional. Why even call these guys in. Looks like we are wasting players time
 
A lot of people want us to sign evey name that comes up and then they'll bitch and moan next year because of our salary cap situation...Oh, and it will be Ireland's fault.
 
If he was making 26 over a 4 yr deal then I'd make the move, but he's not worth nearly 9 mil a year. Especially if the guy who watched him everyday in practice didn't deem him worth it.
 
How could any rationale person think that if Flynn was better than what we have or better than what we could get in the draft. This FO, particularly this FO would let him walk? Ridiculous, this fan-base is whats embarrassing, stop being emotional little b$%^$es and use your heads for once.
