I've noticed something in the last few days on here. All of us old originals on this message board who were nothing but sunshine pumpers in the early-mid 2000s have grown so tired and lethargic from the ineptitude that we've become sour old codgers.
Hell, even nubs. I mean, I used to seek out his posts just to make me feel better.Now, he was one of the first ones to say forget Manning, he aint coming here.
We all thought we were going to the ship in 2006. It was a sure thing. I couldn't go through a single task in a day without thinking how excited I was for that season.
We've become the people we used to hate on this message board. But can you blame us?

Something else regarding that topic, I'm usually very positive about the Dolphins no matter what happens. Not to the point of denying reality or being an unreasonable pain in the ass but positive nonetheless.
But after yesterday's trading of Marshall, the team not signing Reggie Wayne, and Manning looking like he isn't coming here (who knows how much of it is **** the Dolphins could control), I've kind of turned really sour on this team now. I'm dreading the 2012 season starting (thankful it's months away). I'll still come down for the home opener b/c I love coming down at the start of the season when the team isn't out of it yet plus I love Miami as a whole.
But **** got different for me as a fan real quick. 24 hours ago quick. I might be in contention for the Debbie Downer award. Look out

It's true! I used to be one of the biggest homers on here. Now I'm just a grumpy *******. But it's well deserved.That being said, I kind of like this jersey. I HIGHLY doubt we are switching to orange only. That's Broncos and Hurricanes territory and wouldn't make sense for our brand.

They look exactly the same aside from fabric and Nike logo, btw. Orange is a surprise, but overall I'm dissapointed..... Was hoping for at least an upgrade on the old gym sock style stripes.
