Wouldn't be to surprise if Jacox takes Bennie Anderson spot on the line or Hadnot is moved to Guard and Jacox becomes the Center. I would love for Hadnot to stay at Center but our RG spot is weak.

As far as Lehan, Culpepper nor Saban cost the game our secondary did with two big penalties when we had Pitt backed up on their own 10 on 3rd and 16. Either you plug Jason Allen in there or Eddie Jackson takes his spot, but Lehan last night showed the effects of missing almost all preseason.Hopefully Daniels gets well soon ..... So Goodman can play nickel and Lehan can get cut.... Bell can play the dime just fine.

Anderson hasnt done the job so I expect Jacox to win the IOL position by default as soon as he is up to speed on the playbook.

Those 2 call against our DB's were ticky tack. Even Madden admitted it.
How do the Steelers get only ONE penalty called against them on opening night. I have never seen that in 30 yrs of watching NFL football. The 1st game is where you usually see false starts and holding calls. Boy, those Steelers, they are the best coached team to ever play in the NFL. They were nearly flawless

The line. Need to do something about the offensive line.

so who supplants Lehan?

If Daniel's isn't back this week then Allen might come in but if Daniels is back then Goodman will move to nickelback which would give us a more solid CB presence on the field for the most part.

Was it me, or did the line not actually look THAT terrible last night? I mean, keep in mind that the Steelers D-Line is one of the best in the league.

EDIT: Oh, and I cannot wait for Travis Daniels to come back to the line-up. Then maybe our secondary will at least be decent.

That penalty against Lehan was bulls**t. He barely touched him!!!:fire:

Why dont we put Carey at RG and Mcintosh at RT?

I think this idea would put our best five on the field. However, the unit didn't work together this way in camp.
