of one calendar year.
(2) Banishment: A player banished from the NFL pursuant to

or...a better time....i think he did it on purpose, and truly just doesn't want to play...and this is his way out.

Well.....I have tried to support the guy for a long time. I know he has that disorder but still... Why put millions on the line to toke it up? Why take a promising career and flush or should I say smoke it up. I am officially done. I am tossing his jersey's in the trash and moving on....

C-Ya Rick.... I will no longer support you. I hope it was all worth it!

Garbage? Send it to me, I will take it!

Then why ask for reinstatement? Why do that interview?

to show that he's going through the motions for reinstatement to get out of the dolphin debt, but by failing it only puts more credence into his need for something due to his disorder...

dude i dunno, i wouldn't be surprised by anything at this point

LOL...I Will take that woman in your avatar.....
... As will I :D
But seriously...does this mean he doesn't owe the fins any money if he is not allowed to return to the NFL?
I don't think this is an open and closed case.... Ricky's attorney's I'm sure will fight this as far as they can.
I wonder how upset the mother's of his kids are?.....

you could be right rickey is a strange guy, although a very talented running back capable of being atop 5 back in game, maybe he's trying to get out of his contract, the saints paid his bonus not the dolphins and thats the money they want him to pay back thats not going to happen anyway

He owes the money no matter what from my understanding. No matter in the NFL or not.

I can tell you know...if that woman wasn't pissed before, she will be soon...

The contract was that he would owe the money until he fulfilled the his contract..Then Wayne would forgive him of the 8.6...In reality, since he wont be able to fulfill the contract he will still be obligated to pay the 8.6...Although we all know, and I am sure Wayne also knows that Ricky doesnt have 8.6 to pay us with so really--->The contract what?

Hell...the moment we all found out he owed the money, I knew he would never pay that money back. There was no way that Miami was going to recoup that money back from him. It might as well have been a write off so to speak.

It will be...Wayne must of known he wasnt going to recoup all that money to begin with, they were just trying to get the most production out of ricky that they could...Now its all for naught. I hope they just release him as soon as possible and put an end to this masquerade once and for all
