THOMAS DEAL REACHED
It's now official, even if the agreement isn't signed. The Browns have a deal in place with tackle Joe Thomas, the No. 3 overall pick in the draft.
Originally reported by Adam Schefter of NFL Network and confirmed by John Clayton of ESPN.com, Thomas signed a six-year deal that easily reduces to five. The contract has $23.5 million in guaranteed money and could have a maximum value of $42.5 million.
The Browns now can focus their attention on getting quarterback Brady Quinn under contract.

I hope by tommorrow Ginn has signed...

More importantly, they should have Jamaal Anderson's signing as a basis to go by. The trouble with that may be that he signed a 5 year deal, and Miami might want to try and force Ginn into 6 like they did with Allen.

Amobi Okoye signs as well, What is Teddy waiting for!

Texans signed DT Amobi Okoye, the No. 10 pick overall, to a multi-year deal.

Okoye, who turned 20 in mid-June, will provide a pass-rushing presence in the middle of the Texans' defensive line right away. Eventually, he should grow into a run-stuffing nose. His addition was great news for RE Mario Williams.

Sorry Mods but the DolFans need to know the news you can merge this with my Joe Thomas Thread. If Ginn is not signed by Tommorrow then something is seriously wrong with our Front Office. In My opinion with Jamaal Anderson and Okoye signed there is no reason for Ginn not to sign now.

Now Ted Ginn must sign soo. The 8 and now finally 10 have signed. Lets get it done.

Getor Done! I think Mueller feels a little extra confident. Hope we here something around the 12 O' Clock hour.....

what's the big deal. There should be no rush, he is JUST a punt returner. They should take there time to make sure they(both sides) get the right deal.

Forgive him some people just dont undestand the importance of having your first round pick in class.

If he doesn't sign now, I blame it on the FO, Ginn, his agent, his family, Cameron, all Ginn's friends, Huizenga, and everyone remotely involved. Let's get this freaking done!

This is the part I hate the most about the offseason. You would think after two holdouts they would stop this crap....

Okoye signed - Ginn any minute?

reported on profootballtalk.com

Today should be the day!!! #8 and #10 done, so no reason it shouldnt get done and in there today

outstanding...

Ginn has no more excuses...
