Orange Bowl Done?

I just heard Dan Davis say on ESPN radio that the city of Miami is closing the Orange Bowl due to damage from the hurricane. I have been looking around but I can't seem to find any info on that. Anybody got anything?
 
i heard on the radio this morning that the athletics committie will have a decision in the next two weeks.
 
Gotcha. I wasn't sure if I heard correctly or not b/c I had it on in the background. If anyone has any more info, that'd be great, thanks!
 
man there's alot of history in that stadium but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do
 
I just hope they don't name it <insert company name here> Stadium.
 
I say rebuild it and name it the Orange Bowl again. I practically grew up in that Stadium. :cry:
 
All home teams have done in the Orange Bowl is win. The Dolphins played some historic seasons there and God knows the 'Canes win a lot of games there. I just can't imagine it not being there. Can't they just fix it up?

FUnny..But not accurate! Almost every game I been to is a packed house.
