Merged: Phins release 3

Good thing we got rid of Lejune....I always wondered why we kept him around. He got burnt time and time again.
 
Besides one bonehead penalty I thought Lejune played suprisingly well. But Randy and Cam will bring in there guys and that is the way it should be. I wouldn't be suprised if Dom Capers has some input before decisions on defense happen.
 
wasent he the one that drop that interception in the jets game in christmas nigth that could won the game for us and i wouldnt have traveled 2 hours and 30 minutes by plane and get a cold because of the rain to see us lose just checking not sure if it was him.

yes, yes.

I think Dom will mold this defense into his. I heard on the radio today that Cam has given Dom control of the Defense so he can focus on the offense, which makes the most sense.
 
lehan sucks bad..remember on opening night his dumb *** pentaly 3rd and 22 was it and he gets hit for illegal contact when he should be way off his man what a horrible player he was

Agreed. Lejeune did alright given the circumstances. At this point, however -and as J Cole used to say- "he's just a guy".

This is the best info yet! It will be nice to not see such an ego-maniac control freak who has to own everything. I'm starting to think Cam was a great hire. By keeping Capers locked up and giving him control of the D which is his specialty and letting Cam focus on his which needs the biggest overhaul we should be on the right track. It's nice to see Cam working great with Mueller and Capers and everyone empowered to do their job (what a concept) - finally a group on the same page instead of one guy driving everybody and everything.

Ha, it sucked that we lost that game largely due to that play, but in retrospect it was worth it just for Saban's "I will murder your family in their sleep" look he gave him.

If these guys can gel that smooth it's gonna be a nice ride all the way to victory lane.
