Don't get too excited guys, those look like employee hand books he's signing.
Thankfully he had a Pepsi, the official soda of the NFL. If he had a Coke, the media and talk radio would have a field day ripping him.

You know, the guy is getting slammed and has a two year deal...basically no respect. I hope he swings for the fence and plays this with no fear. If you go out, Hickey, go out shooting! Screw it, I hope he proves everyone who doubted him wrong and crushes everything in his path - we may have got Hickey because we suck but he is going to kick some ass.
