Yes he has issues... BUT, He can still go get it... He was plucking jump balls out of the air from Mark Sanchez last year for god sake! Very simple... Just like Seattle did with Braylon Edwards and TO, sign them to vet min deals with very little guaranteed money. If he slips up... Wave him bye bye!

No thanks. Haven't we just learned from one idiot (Chad)? Philbin is clearly sending the message that this kind of nonsense off the field won't be tolerated. I for one am glad.
 
No... There's a reason why the Jets didn't get him back. There's also a reason why none of the 32 teams have signed him.
 
I don't see Philbin cutting Johnson because he got arrested just to turn around and sign a true criminal in Plaxico.
 
I don't like the guy...but in all honesty, he fits a need. We have NOBODY to go to inside the redzone. This dude is 6'5 and catches freaking everything. I would have been happier if we took a chance with him in the first place instead of Chad.

No please the fins don't need plax..just put reggie bush in the slot..they will use alot of tightend formations..but if wallace slips this week..don't be surprise they trade for james jones of the packers i notice the pack was showcasing him alot in the first game.
 
OMG! How many more posts are there going to be about Plaxico. Jeff Ireland already stated they were not interested. Get over it. Why would we want him? Philbin is a no nonsense guy. Let's just roll with what we've got and address the need, if there is need, next year. We wil never know what we have, if amything, if we don't give them a shot. It's not like we are Super Bowl bound this season, and picking up Plax wouldn't make a difference. I was not excited when we signed Johnson, but his performance in camp made me believe he could contribute. Lesson learned. Let's see what we have.

BTW, Plax worked out in NE today. If there is ANYTHING left in the tank, BB will surely sign him, just to keep us from taking a look.
 
I honestly don't think we need Plax. I didn't think we needed CJ either before we signed him.


Wallace and Pruitt looked like they really made strides this offseason. Give them their shot, they deserve it.
 
Yep. Then all we need to do is bring in that dude who used to play for the Washington Wizards to be out equipment manager and we could have ourselves an old fashioned shootout in the locker room.

Plax rolls in talkin **** and Tannehill just chills in the corner then steps up and says "Im your huckleberry".
