Merged: PLEASE put Jay Fiedler back into the starting line-up!!!

Feeley is horribe. Yesterday he lost the game with the interception returned for a touchdown. he should have thrown 7 interceptions but cincinattis defense cant catch. he only started 8 games in college and 5 games in the pros. that means he only played in 13 games since he got out of high school and we want him to start. feeley cant move at all. he has to stay in the pocket. he does make some good throws but he makes even more bad throws. fiedler is better overall at qb and should be starting. fiedler can move around more and we need a qb that could move since we have the worst offensive line in the nfl. i think fiedler makes better decisions at qb and feeley make some very stupid decisions. Jay Fiedler should be starting for the miami dolphins. i will be suprised if feeley is anything more tha a 2nd stringer for the rest of his life after this season.
GIVE FIEDLER A CHANCE.
Obviouly a FIEDLER fan:shakeno: obviously you like weaked slow release no upside QBs:shakeno: . You have got to kidding:roflmao: . Jay "I can't throw deep" FIEDLER has been here FOUR FIGGINS YEARS. Why do Jay fans also many chances. What are his play off stats (1TD versus 7 INTs)? Oh my Jays good:shakeno: -not:lol: . Once AJ gets abit more time and our OL decides to slow down anything, I think AJ is going to make you eat those words.

CUT JAY NOW:yell:

Feeley sucks...I was at the game and saw more than was shown on TV. Feeley is horriable...as is Lamar Gordon. Miami has the WORST front office of any team in the NFL, hands down. I'm not saying that Feidler is the answer, but Feeley is with out a doubt worse than Fiedler. PERIOD.
Oh my are you a Jay fan :shakeno:

AJ can throw the deep ball though. he had 2 nice long touchdown passes. the only problem was that one was to the bengals and the other was to the titans.
he looked good throwing the ball right to the other team

Weak! :roflmao:

I think we should stick with Feeley. I didn't think he deserved to start but since Wanny made the decision he needs to stick with it. This stuff about playing the qb best suited to the opponent that week is ridiculous. Hopefully, once the offense has more playing time with Feeley they will improve.

I still have a huge concern about Feeley after staying at the same hotel with him this weekend. He has this huge opportunity, and from what I saw, he was everywhere EXCEPT studying. We saw him more than any other player except Ed Perry and Shawn Wooden. His gf was in town (she was introduced at the game, she's a Cincy native) and he was out with her and her family until just before meetings, and then immediately after until almost 11 (bedcheck). Then in the morning he was somewhere cause we came down about 10 and they were coming in and then he was in the restaurant at the same time as us.
I am sorry, but this guy has the opportunity of a lifetime and he is hanging out? Plus, I never saw him with another player. Jay was and still is always in the company of one of his offensive teammates. Plus, the only time you ever used to see Jay at the hotel is when he goes to dinner and comes back. Zach you never see after check-in. I know this might seems trivial to some people but I just don't get it.

Study, dude! Study!

On a side note: My 13-year old was in the elevator with A.J. and he congratulated him on getting the starting job and asked him if he was nervous. He said, "No way".
My son then asked him if he was going to have a good game. He said, "Of course". (What else is he going to say? LOL But my son was nervous.) Anyway, after the game the first thing my son said was, "Mom, A.J. lied to me". LOL

Feidler cannot throw... he can't read defenses.. he doesn't throw the right routes.... he's not a good idea to start.... he's had his chance... he failed, horribly... now we move on to Feely who I think will pan out to be a good QB in this league....
AND HOW HAVE WE LOST THE PAST 2 GAMES???

Fiedler has his whole family out here posting for him, but AJ is still the starter

an interesting stat:
in 57 games with jay as qb-6 pick-6's
in 2 games with aj as qb-2 pick-6's

jay already threw too many pick-6's, now we get a qb that throws even more. my oh my, this is gonna be a long one.

Question for Feeley supporters....

Why is it that just now since A.J. is playing the the offensive line is being blamed for the QB play?? I do believe that Jay played behind the same offensive line that Feeley played behind, but everybody was so up for Fielder being pulled after 2 int.

Question for the O.C. If the are sending a blitz everytime and the linemen are getting through, how about running a little dump pass to the left or right once they come through?? How about running Gordon to the outside instead of trying to shove him up the middle.

I'm not a big fan of Feeley but I guess one thing he does for our team is confuse the defence, They dont know wether to hit him or kiss him.
:roflmao: :roflmao: J/K

Thats what, two people you have called out to section 448. Does this make you a tough guy?

What you call being realistic, I call being a fool. Your bashing a young qb for a qb that has won 10 games twice. What you want is a medicore team that rots instead of trying to get better.

I will say this one more time, and this time I will type slow so you can understand.

Fielder 61 TD's 60 INT., he has had a 1800 yard rusher. A decent line. A top notch defense, and a very good #1 wide reciever. What has he done? AFC Championship game? Nope, not once.

I would rather a young qb, with no running game, no O line, a top notch defense, and now two wide outs over Fiedler.

There is no homer glasses, those are facts. Your boy has done squat, and time has run out on him. Again, I am a big Jay supporter, but, he is what he is.

Fiedler had a horrible line last year. The line obviously hasn't improved, it actually looks worse (and I didn't even think that was possible), but do go around saying Fiedler had a "decent line." He had guys in his face the second he got the ball. However, he wouldn't throw it to the other team when someone blitzed him.

I do think we need to keep Feeley in because of his arm. However, he sucks under pressure. If he can't improve when under pressure and if he can't learn how to not throw it to the other team, he will never be a NFL starting quality QB. Last night he just looked terrible. He looked like someone with talent but no experience. His play under pressure proved that. Instead of taking the sack or throwing it away (as in throwing it near a receiver, not intentional grounding), he would just throw it to a Bengals defender, and this cost us the game. These kind of decisions gave the Bengals a TD, and cost us a field goal as well. His two interceptions are the main reason we lost yesterday.

Jay was 10-6 for 2 yrs str8, so what's ur point. And by the way, don't insult me unless ur ready to go up to section 448 on Sunday.

You a tough guy now Larry. :shakeno:
Look, Feidler got his chance and he didn't pan out. Feeley is getting his shot now.
I don't get how you want give Feeley the hook after 6 quarters but yet you want to back to Feidler who had 4 years to get it done and couldn't
The logic is flawed Larry.

This is absolutely absurd! Feeley does not suck, nor did his play last night suck. The OL sucked last night and DW sucks every night!!!

I agree dude. I sat last night in stunned silence as I watched our 5 turnstiles we call offensive linemen make a mockery of the art blocking.
Now I am here in front of my computer in stunned silence and the stupidity of some of these posts.
