Merged: Ramses Barden get interviewed by Parcells!

he sounds beastly, nice size and he will go later on in the draft so he's a possibility
 
i hope we can somehow get this kid...i've got a good feeling about him and think he'll do good in the NFL and i'd like for him to do good things as a Miami Dolphin...
 
i dont mind drafting him but it would have to be in the 3rd 4th round... hes a project.
 
Hellz yeah I would love to see this kid in Dolphin colors next season
 
I've had an eye on him for a bit... very good character, very hard worker for the team. he is a huge target with very good hands. definitely can help our red zone woes. He is not as slow as people may state, its just he doesn't explode off the line overly well, but he gets going. definitely needs work in route running, but is not overly far behind as some top WR's in the draft.

definite 3rd round pick for us if he is around!!! i like this kid a lot
 
He was one of the small school receivers I had in my "needs" post on draftees.. this guy caught 50 TD's in college, small school or not, that's a lot of TD's and at that height and weight, he can turn into a breast in the NFL if he keeps the same aggressive nature he had in college. I think he comes in with a chip on his shoulder...and that can make him dangerous..

What's even more amazing is that Cal Poly runs an option style offense similar to GT/Navy, so getting 50 TDs is a great accomplishment.

"He was in the room: Big Tuna," Barden said on Wednesday. "They were firing questions at me from all directions. I'd like to think I showed them my character and my personality and that I'm the kind of the player you want in your community and your team."


Barden said he's not sure what Parcells asked him. "It was a busy room," Barden said.


But on Tuesday, Parcells said if he could ask a player one question, he'd have him name the three most important things in his life - and football had better be one of them.

"I'm not sure of the order, but my family and my friends and football," Barden said.

Aww man...I was hoping he would have said "football, family and friends in that order."
