MERGED: Ricky Rolling Up to Dolphin Complex

I'm watching sportscenter now and nothing has been said yet about Ricky. Hopefully they say something before I leave in a few minutes, I'll post a recap for those who can't watch it.

now we need some pics to see how he looks

I agree....being an amatuer bodybuilder myself, I am quite aware of how long it takes to gain bodyweight. I know he was down to around 190, and reports have him at 215.

25 lbs in 3 months, NATUARLLY ? :shakeno:

And pigs can fly too......

How many bodies do you inhabit? Everyone's body is different. Ricky has access to the best trainers, best food, and the best training routine.
When you break it down, 25 pounds in 3 months is a little less than 2 pounds a week, it's not entirely unrealistic.

actually there are these diets which you eat 8,000-10,000 calories in a day. That is what weight lifters do. THis means that you gain weight 3/4 times quicker depending on the amount of calories burned. According to this diet, 25 pounds in that amount of time is not unrealistic

Especially since he use to be that weight. It's not like he's trying to get to a weight his body has never seen before.

You must be a terrible body builder then. Simply because you don't know human physiology, not because of your lifting habits. It's easily possible when your body has a "memory" of a certain physique. The only reason you think this way is because you are a body builder. Body builders have issues with their personal views of their body and accepting success. That's what pushes them to feel the need that they have to continually get bigger "for the competition"

I've been saying for 2.5 months Ricky would have no problem getting back up to where he was. You can tell by his body structure he is gifted genetically. I am positive he had to swith to the vegetarianism and not lift weights purposely to stay at the 195lbs. "Astro Body" he was at. Shock your system with massive calorie intake of the appropriate nutrients, lift weights, and you'll easily be gaining back your "memory" of 230lbs.
