Merged: Ronnie Brown fined for end zone celebration

Funny how LT does it every time he scores and nothing. Ronnie does the same celebration and gets a fine. Playing favoites there Commish?

Because I mean, clearly Ronnie Brown is a scourge on the face of the NFL. :rolleyes:
 
Fined for dancing? How gay is that... I don't recall ever seeing T.O pr Ocho Cinco ever getting fined for there endzone celebrations...
 
To be fair, I think it's because it was a 'group' dance. Still retarded.
 
.... I knew it would be fined off the bat... you can't do it as a group planned, which that was. This is a known rule they put in place 2 years ago.

I thought this was interesting though:

Fines for such infractions typically go for about $7,500 a piece. It's unclear if Carey and Ndukwe received a similar fine. But Brown did admit left tackle Jake Long pulled out of the celebration claiming he didn't want to be fined.

#1 overall pick should be picking up the tab for all his teammates. Someone is 'thrifty'.
 
Anyone actually read the article? Ronnie did technically deserve the fine, he admitted he that they choreographed the dance. Of course, if it were up to me, no endzone dance would carry penalties, but Ronnie knew what he was doing.

No Fun League is right. The Commish should spend a little more time focusing on Belichick's cheating.

I would have walked away too....I'm not embarrassing myself in front of that many people by trying to dance. :lol: But if I'm Jake Long, a little fine like that is the last thing on my mind.
